These are some answers to commonly asked questions:

When can I expect my oil rack:
All products on the site are custom made when ordered. We strive to have all orders shipped out in 2-3 weeks. If it is going to be longer than that, we will notify you.

What do the order statuses mean:
Pending Payment – You placed the order, but have not paid yet (paid via check)
Processing – We have all the supplies and are currently cutting, staining, and assembling the rack
On Hold – This status gets set when there is an error with the payment
Complete – It has left our office and is on it’s way to you. You will be able to track your order on your account page under the “Orders” tab. By clicking on the tracking number it will take you to USPS’s website showing you the tracking status. Once the status changes to “Complete” allow 24 hours for USPS to get it into their system. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you for the correct address. You will then be responsible for the additional shipping cost to the corrected address, or a refund (minus original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee) can be issued.

The USPS Priority Mail program has guaranteed 1-3-day delivery.  The map below shows approx when you should expect your package. The darkest blue over Indiana is for 1-day delivery, the medium blue is 2-day delivery, and the lightest blue is 3-day delivery.

Return, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy:
How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there was damage in the shipping process. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Please email ryan@essentialoilracks.com to request a refund and further instructions.  When you email, please include the reason you desire to return the item.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been used, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

No exchanges accepted unless by reason of shipping damage. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case. There will be no shipping costs for the item you are exchanging.
